Rarcoola, is a bespoke construction company with a clear focus on helping clients in a variety of industries make their large-scale building projects come to life.
Rarcoola specialises in more than your average structural steel building, from a custom-built feedlot cover to bespoke wineries. Extra care and effort is taken to ensure the design and functionality is tailored to our client’s specific needs.
Rarcoola is backed by two founding companies in Reimann Manufacturing and Wonganella Constructions.
These companies have more than 60 years of combined experience in fabrication and construction. All our structures are prefabricated by our very own certified welders and boilermakers with specific industry training to meet ISO 9001:2015 (quality). Certification and site installation is completed by licensed builders across many aspects of the construction industry, that have an eye for detail and provide a quality finished product.
As with all building projects, a key component in making sure the build runs efficiently from inception through to completion, is Project Management. Being driven by results, our project management team are involved from the initial stage assisting and having input on design and construction methodology to ensure that the most cost-efficient processes are being achieved.
Some of the software programs that we utilise are 3D scanning, 3D modelling and on-site 3D viewers. Our construction team have access to these programs and are always looking at new innovations to streamline our project management. Effective site mobilisation is key; therefore our project manager attends the site during each build to ensure schedules are being met, along with actioning works as they are required.
Rarcoola sets the benchmark for structural steel buildings and offers a full range across all Australian industries, including (but not limited to): rural and farm structures, grain and fertiliser storage, bulk storage and livestock production, wineries, factories, and workshops. For us, it’s about quality and not quantity. At Rarcoola we ensure that we deliver on what we have promised and not only meet but exceed our client’s needs and expectations. The construction process should be enjoyable for both builder and client.
At Rarcoola, we work closely with our clients to ensure that realistic outcomes are achieved. We organise site surveys, advise on best site locations and produce 3D concept designs, to ensure that our clients have a clear vision of what can be achieved. Once the project is accepted, Rarcoola produces an expected schedule, based on design type and size, to enable the client to plan the works to be carried out to fit in with their workload.
The Rarcoola team works closely with innovative structural engineers and an experienced drafting team, utilising the Tekla design program/package. This produces an accurate 3D model of the project. Clients are then able to view the model and comment during the design process. This enables them to identify and eliminate any potential issues prior to fabrication commencing. The 3D model follows on through to fabrication and site construction, allowing for a seamless transition from design to completion.
Construction is the culmination of the entire process and is the rewarding part of the project. Rarcoola Structural's planning and design principles help to ensure that the construction phase runs seamlessly from start to finish. This is achieved through constant communication with all stakeholders.
